Grieving is a process we go through when dealing with loss – a process of letting go and saying goodbye. We can also grieve when a relationship ends, or when we lose a job or become ill.
Emotions that are felt when mourning are sadness, fear, anger, and helplessness. The process of mourning costs emotional and physical energy and this causes people in mourning to feel tired too.
Everyone mourns in their own way. When the emotions become too distressing, it might help to seek assistance from a therapist.
